Two 5-week sessions are held for skills practices at Sports Iowa indoor complex. 

Session Block A: Week of January 6th - February 6th

Session Block B: Week of February 10th - March 13th

These are skills sessions that will help you get a head start for spring. The curriculum is age-appropriate for each group and taught by Nationally and State certified staff.

The winter training program is designed and led by our technical leaders that aim to develop technical skills of each individual in the group. It is open to all players regardless of school or club affiliation with each age group having a tailored curriculum to meet their developmental needs.

Emphasis will be on players working in tighter areas and developing skills to get their head up and play out of difficult situations.

7/8u -       Mondays 5:00-6:00 pm ($90 for 5 weeks, $165 for 10 weeks w/ discount)

11/12u -    Mondays: 6:00-7:00 pm ($90 for 5 weeks, $165 for 10 weeks w/ discount)

                 Thursdays 6:00-7:00 pm GIRLS ONLY ($90 for 5 weeks, $165 for 10 weeks w/ discount)

13/14u -    Mondays: 7:00-8:00 pm GIRLS ONLY ($90 for 5 weeks, $165 for 10 weeks w/ discount)
